Following the return of Bamse to the Barbo Toys assortment earlier this year, the collection is now expanding with two classic wooden games.
The first step in the renewed Bamse universe was the introduction of wooden egg shakers in January. With the launch of Bamse Tic Tac Toe and Bamse Memory Game, the assortment now continues to grow with products that build on familiar play formats.
Classic games in the world of Bamse
Both games are based on well-known classics that many children and families already recognise.
Bamse Tic Tac Toe introduces the timeless “three in a row” format, where players take turns placing their pieces and try to be the first to create a line of three. The simple structure allows children to start playing immediately while encouraging observation and planning.
Bamse Memory Game invites children to turn the pieces and find matching pairs. As the images are revealed and remembered, the game naturally engages memory, concentration and attention.

With these two games, the Bamse assortment continues to take shape as part of the broader Barbo Toys licence portfolio.
The expansion follows the same calm and considered approach introduced with the first products: familiar play formats, durable wooden materials and a design language that respects the character’s long-standing cultural presence.
